I placed the same order and put it on my HSN card to be sent to me in Ohio. Your company got the orders messed up and sent both orders to Ohio where I only received half of the second order. I explained to them that I was assured that since these were two separate orders and going to two different addresses and on two different pay methods I would not have to pay for shipping. I want your office to either take both of these orders back and close my account or pay to have the order shipped to my daughter in Ny.

The second order for the hangers never came anyway. My girl friend purchased an NFL jacket two years ago only had it on 4 times went to put it on and it started peeling are they selling fake NFL items how does an NFL jacket peel so if they do nothing I m going to post it on you tube then write to the NFL then contact the news media this should of never of happened. Here I am February and HSN has not reached out to me to alert me that the device was returned to them.

Your customer service accused me of stealing the device several times over the phone and in a letter that was sent to my home — that was on going! And accused me of falsely reporting that I never received the device like I am a criminal who wants to steal defective merchandise that you all sell!

Those pieces of trash even sent me a letter accusing me of such. Mind you, they lied and stated that UPS told them the device was signed for and delivered to my address!

I ordered a MacBook from hsn and paid to have it expedited to make it before Christmas and it never came. Worst service I ever had. I talked to hsn the whole day and they lied to me the whole time saying it was shipped but ups told me it was never shipped.

Worst company ever please take my word for it and order from amazon or anywhere else but never hsn. In addition to the fryer I purchased the bundled accessory set that was offered. I received both items on the same day. The fryer was damaged…. I called customer service and the rep very helpful…she told me she would have another unit in white shipped to me. I shipped back the old unit. The following day I received an email stating that HSN was sending out the accessory bundle package….

NOT the fryer. Once again I called customer service. This time they told the white fryer units were sold out and the only color left was red. I also had to return the accessory bundle that was sent in error.

When I spoke to a Supervisor about my displeasure and the inconvenience she was rude and dismissive. Probably the last purchase I will make from HSN.

Upon receiving the vacuum there was one attachment missing. I called HSN, spoke with supervisor Sherri and was told they could only send another complete set of everything like I had received.

I also would have to return one of the items back to HSN. Well I received a second Red Devil vacuum and again the part was not included. I called again and spoke with a supervisor, Elizaibeth, who again said all they could do for me was to send another package.

I should not have to continue to have another complete shipment only to have to be incovenienced with going though not receiving a complete set of attachments.

I do not know why HSN does not contact the distributor in CA and find out why the extension wand is not in being included in the bag with all orders. Also, in both shipmets there was no receipt showing my order, I have had to call HSN to request a copy.

Thank you for your time and effort in getting me the missing item. I have not shopped at HSN in awhile but today, tried to place an order but finally just hung up. I called customer service to ask if a wig would be returnable and what was the charge for express shipping. From the time the representative answered the call, she was rude. She kept interrupting me. She would ask me a question and before I could finish, she would interrupt me. At first, I thought maybe she was just trying to expedite the call but that was not the case.

I needed to finish my sentences so she wound know what I needed to know prior to ordering. Finally, I told her that she was interrupting me before I could explain what I needed. I was shocked at the behavior and tone this woman used toward a customer. I finally just hung up. Your office better do some regrouping with your customer service. Bad way to do business!! I never thought I would be writing a bad review on HSN. Very bad customer service. Just hung on on a rep.

The people that you have in the call center really need a lot more training. The minute they find out that you are not buying services off into the automated tunnel and then maybe this IS their training!

The charges that were require of me have been paid for activation. Then I find out after paying for the activation, I find out that the tablet is pre-activated. I purchased a Azpen GS I had to pay to activate the Sims card. I activated the Sims card but cannot get it to work.

I thought maybe it was a problem with the tablet but after assistance from a tech at Azpen he realized it is the Sims card. I paid and I feel I should be able to get some type of answer. And your sales or whatever they are really need training they are really rude and show that they could care less about the issue. It just seems as though your company is not on the up and up. I have done what was expected of me all I want is for Freedompop to do their part.

This person is not on my account at all but is a roommate. This makes no sense at all as other members of my household use the same shipping address but have totally separate accounts.
